Job Overview

As a storekeeper in our Jizan warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations aligned with our company standards and local regulations. You will manage the warehouse inventory, coordinate delivery documentation, and uphold safety, quality, and sustainability within your scope of work while committing to our organizational culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational efficiency as a flexible team member handling daily tasks and promptly reporting issues to the manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse processes and standard operating procedures including inbound/outbound activities and inventory control.
• Accurately prepare and execute day-to-day operational plans following company guidelines.
• Manage inventory to maintain proper stock levels, record keeping, storage, and timely distribution according to procedures.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external customers by understanding their needs.
• Communicate proactively with planners, sales, and commercial operations to facilitate on-time order deliveries.
• Prepare and verify all required delivery documents such as route plans, delivery notes, invoices, RTVs, and ensure drivers have them prior to departure; handle sales complaints and inquiries.
• Promote and uphold company policies, standards, and local legal requirements in all functions.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment while encouraging a culture of safety.
• Ensure quality control and food safety standards are maintained within your responsibilities.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse facilities, machinery, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• Adopt sustainable practices in your daily operations supporting the company's environmental initiatives.
• Engage in digital transformation by utilizing data-driven decision-making approaches.
• Develop team skills and competencies by coaching and enabling colleagues in line with leadership standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Formal education or vocational training related to logistics, warehousing, or a similar field.
• A minimum of two years' practical experience handling goods, favoring the food sector.
• Basic technical knowledge of warehouse machinery, material handling equipment, and fleet with ability to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.

Skills and Competencies

• Intermediate proficiency in English language and general IT skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Basic familiarity with Power BI and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Intermediate user of SAP software applications such as EWM, ERP/ECC, and BW reporting.
