About the Role

As a Store Team Lead based in Singapore's Suntec City, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and top-tier service to our patrons daily. This role requires you to manage opening and closing activities, train staff on product knowledge and promotions, and push daily sales targets to fulfill organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages open communication and idea sharing.
- Manage, assign, and prioritize store tasks to meet deadlines and ensure daily activities are completed efficiently.
- Gain experience across all store functions including customer service, inventory arrangements, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.
- Assist in daily retail operations such as POS system usage, restocking, pricing strategies, promotional program support, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Lead by example, working closely with Store Management to enhance individual and team sales performance through effective strategies.
- Uphold company asset protection standards, including loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and adherence to compliance policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational background of A Level or Diploma preferred.
- At least 3 to 4 years of overall retail experience, ideally with prior leadership experience in store environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with store teams, management, and corporate stakeholders.
- Availability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and capable of operating retail POS systems.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities with enthusiasm for motivating and guiding teams towards achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing retail setting.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility regarding work schedules, including extended hours when necessary.
