About the Role
David Clulow, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Supervisor to help deliver a premium in-store experience in Stratford, Victoria, Australia. The brand is known for stylish eyewear, considered eye care and a strong focus on customer service. With a heritage dating back to 1962 and a network of more than 40 stores across the UK, along with concessions in leading department stores, the business serves customers who value quality, expertise and personal style.
Key Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store.
- Set the pace on the shop floor by modelling excellent customer service.
- Support, coach and develop team members so sales and service goals are achieved.
- Keep the store looking polished and ensure operating standards remain high.
- Guide customers toward eyewear choices that balance style, comfort and professional care.
- Take charge of the store when required, including during the manager’s absence.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail supervision or team leadership; optical experience is not required.
- A practical, confident leader who enjoys helping others grow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Someone who is proactive, solution-oriented and focused on service.
- An interest in fashion, luxury retail and delivering standout experiences.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position. The role is intended for someone ready to step up in a retail leadership capacity and support the store’s performance, service standards and team development.
