Job Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Manager to spearhead the retail operations for Suta at the store level. This position entails more than managing operations and sales; it involves full accountability for business performance, enhancing local brand visibility, fostering community relationships, and delivering a styling-centered customer experience in line with the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store business results by meeting monthly and yearly revenue goals, boosting conversion rates, average transaction value, average bill size, productivity per square foot, and repeat customer rate.
• Monitor daily footfall, sales conversions, billing patterns, category-wise performance, and store efficiency metrics vigorously.
• Craft a unique in-store experience reflecting Suta's ethos by narrating brand and fabric stories, providing tailored styling advice for occasions, and recommending wardrobe building strategies.
• Handle customer escalations with empathy and full ownership to maintain service excellence.
• Generate local publicity and increase foot traffic via partnerships with neighboring outlets, collaborations with artists and community members, hosting styling workshops, and organizing festival events.
• Lead the store team by setting clear sales goals, providing structured training on styling and selling, coaching on enhancing conversions, and nurturing a culture of accountability towards store KPIs.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising that aligns with brand guidelines, including seasonal updates, new collection promotions, window displays, and campaign preparations.
• Oversee inventory management, including accuracy, replenishment, size availability, shrinkage control, billing precision, cash handling, and daily reporting protocols.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, fitting room readiness, customer comfort, safety compliance, and asset maintenance to ensure a welcoming store environment.

• Five to eight years of experience in fashion or apparel retail with at least two years in managerial roles, preferably Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Experience in premium retail or apparel sectors is advantageous.
