Role Overview
The primary objective of the Store Manager is to optimise sales and profitability while fostering and maintaining a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Coach your team to consistently deliver a customer-first experience.
- Ensure ongoing product training and knowledge sharing to provide unbiased customer advice.
- Surpass sales objectives including like-for-like growth, average transaction value, units per sale, and conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed company acquisition targets for the N.dulge loyalty program.
- Manage payroll expenses responsibly through effective staff scheduling and planning.
- Maintain stock file accuracy by adhering strictly to stock handling policies to prevent loss.
- Keep the team informed of sales targets and key metrics on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, encouraging focus on meeting these goals.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to facilitate business growth.
- Proactively identify innovative strategies to enhance business performance.
- Confidently analyse performance reports regularly to guide business decisions.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive workplace atmosphere to help employees flourish.
- Coach and develop team members to realize their full potential.
- Strictly follow Company policies and procedures.
