Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily sales activities and overall store operations in Bengaluru. The role involves managing inventory, customer service, record-keeping, and coordination with the central team to ensure efficient stock management. This position also includes supporting store events and exhibitions to promote our products and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales and manage store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep accurate stock records and provide weekly inventory updates.
• Prepare invoices for wholesale clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain and review expense reports and daily transaction records carefully.
• Ensure products are clean, properly displayed, and well-organized throughout the store each day.
• Assist walk-in customers by responding to their inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Utilize basic Excel skills for updating stock information and creating straightforward reports.
• Collaborate with the central team for stock movement coordination and updates.
• Support and actively participate in store events and exhibitions as needed.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Candidate Requirements

The candidate should be proficient in basic Excel, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent customer service abilities. Experience in retail or store management will be beneficial to handle multitasking responsibilities including sales, inventory management, and reporting.

Additional Details

This is a full-time onsite position based in Bengaluru. Salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 per month. Applicants should be prepared to contribute to store events and exhibitions occasionally to promote the brand and products.
