Store Executive

About the Role

Nano Tech Chemical Brothers seeks a diligent Store Executive responsible for overseeing daily store and warehouse functions at our manufacturing facility. This position emphasizes inventory control, material handling, stock verification, and smooth dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage incoming materials following established receiving and inspection protocols.
• Supervise inventory levels of Raw Materials, Consumables, Packing Supplies, and Finished Goods.
• Properly store, issue, and arrange dispatch of materials conforming to company guidelines.
• Record and update inventory transactions using Tally software, ensuring stock accuracy.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and carry out stock reconciliation activities.
• Handle return of materials, maintaining documentation ready for audits.
• Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out), 5S methodology, ISO standards, and warehouse safety norms.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across Production, Purchase, Quality Assurance, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in B.Com, BA, BBA, or any other graduation.
• Basic understanding of Tally accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Bring 2 to 5 years' experience in store or warehouse management within Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, or Textile manufacturing sectors.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities alongside excellent coordination and documentation skills.

Additional Details

• Monthly compensation ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 30,000.
