Role Overview

The Store Crew Member position is an entry-level opportunity offering flexible schedules tailored to your lifestyle. While the role includes traditional retail tasks such as cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking, there is also an element of food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Beyond the duties, this role offers a fun team environment and enjoyable customer interactions. Prior experience in cashiering, retail, customer service, or foodservice is advantageous but not required due to comprehensive training programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Stock merchandise and ensure proper inventory presentation.
• Prepare food items following food safety guidelines, including specialty beverages like coffee.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service consistently.

Qualifications

• A positive mindset dedicated to meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
• Capability to maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.
• Knowledge and practice of proper food preparation and presentation.
• Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with fuel transaction procedures.

• Physical ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
