Stock Assistant

Role Overview

Join Aldi as a Stock Assistant where each day presents new and engaging responsibilities at the core of store operations. You will play a key role in smoothly running the store by efficiently handling deliveries, stocking shelves and supporting customers to ensure an outstanding shopping environment.

Key Duties

• Deliver friendly and effective customer service to enhance shopper experience.
• Rapidly replenish shelves and arrange products to maximize their appeal.
• Inspect incoming deliveries and product quality, removing any items that do not meet Aldi's quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, ready to assist both customers and colleagues.
• Able to keep up with fast-paced stock replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Dependable and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude in a dynamic retail setting.
• Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory; having the right attitude is crucial.
