Role Overview
Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, Ohio is hiring a full-time State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for day shift coverage. The schedule runs from 7:00am to 7:00pm and includes rotating weekend shifts. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time STNAs.

What You Will Do
- Support residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Help with transfers, walking, positioning, and other mobility needs.
- Observe residents and communicate physical, emotional, or mental changes to nursing staff.
- Measure and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output when assigned.
- Keep care records accurate and up to date.
- Respond to call lights quickly and respectfully.
- Assist with meals and encourage proper hydration.
- Offer kind emotional support and companionship.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Follow infection prevention practices, safety rules, and resident-rights procedures.
- Coordinate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or another healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and people skills are important.
- The ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care is essential.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are expected.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to safely lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods.
- This role involves physically demanding work in a healthcare environment.
