Sr. US IT Recruiter

Role Overview

Primus Global Technologies is looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technology positions in the US market. This role is based in Noida Sector 62 and requires onsite work during night hours to match US time zones.

The ideal professional will be comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle, working with technical hiring needs, and using multiple sourcing channels to find qualified candidates. A solid grasp of US hiring norms, visa categories, and work arrangements is important for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Find suitable candidates through job boards, resume databases, social networks, referrals, networking events, career fairs, and outbound calling.
• Review resumes and complete first-round phone screenings.
• Source, assess, and shortlist candidates for IT openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and build hiring plans.
• Publish job openings on appropriate platforms and serve as the main point of contact for applicants.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with clients.
• Keep candidate records and ATS data current and organized.
• Discuss compensation and benefit details with candidates during the hiring process.
• Follow US employment rules and visa-related compliance requirements.
• Track hiring trends and monitor talent availability in the market.

Requirements

• 1 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US visa types such as USC and GC, along with tax terms like W2 and Corp-to-Corp.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus good people skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
• Readiness to work aligned with US time zones.
