Specialist - Organization Development and Workforce

Position Overview

This role entails overseeing and enhancing organization development and workforce planning activities at King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC). The goal is to ensure that workforce strategies and organizational structures are fully aligned with the strategic vision and operational demands of the company to promote overall success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting, executing, and continuously refining a comprehensive Human Capital Operating Model.
• Support the formulation and regular updating of KSIA’s organizational framework to meet functional needs and optimize business processes.
• Create and upkeep organizational structure tools such as functional descriptions and detailed job descriptions.
• Classify positions within KSIA and contribute to structuring the positional hierarchy effectively.
• Help develop and enforce governance-related frameworks, policies, and best practices for consistent internal policy compliance.
• Work alongside Finance teams to prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Lead the design and facilitation of annual workforce plans, including developing methodologies, tools, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare and revise workforce budgets.
• Track workforce plan execution and suggest necessary enhancements or revisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
• At least one year of experience performing similar duties or equivalent responsibilities.
