Solar PV Installer

Overview

Ugrasen Solar Energy Private Limited seeks a committed Rooftop Solar Installer to join their operations and installation team on a full-time basis. This role involves installing, testing, and maintaining rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards.

Key Duties

• Install rooftop solar panels, their mounting structures, inverters, ACDB/DCDB units, and associated electrical wiring.
• Conduct system tests and commissioning, and perform basic troubleshooting when required.
• Interpret installation layouts and electrical diagrams accurately to guide installations.
• Ensure correct earthing and cable management along with adherence to safety protocols.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure installations are completed on schedule.
• Maintain and care for installation tools and equipment; provide daily work reports.
• Travel to various customer sites as required by the project demands.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI certification or Diploma in Electrical or a related technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience with rooftop solar installation is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of solar PV technology and electrical wiring practices.
• Comfortable and capable of working at elevated heights.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is desirable.
• Ready to travel within designated locations as part of job duties.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 70,000 INR based on experience and qualifications.
