As a Software Developer on the Brivity platform, you will collaborate with senior engineers, product leaders, and designers to develop scalable, top-quality features through the entire software development lifecycle. Clean coding, swift delivery without compromises, and leveraging AI for improved development are all in your zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain web applications and features across the Brivity platform using React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET, spanning frontend and backend layers.
• Work closely with product and engineering management to define, prioritize, and deliver critical features for real estate teams.
• Convert product needs and Figma designs into seamless and polished user experiences.
• Employ AI-powered development assistants like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to boost coding, testing, and documentation efficiency without sacrificing code quality.
• Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to best engineering practices.
• Build and maintain automated testing suites covering unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify and resolve bugs, improve system performance, and enhance stability across technology stacks.
• Actively reduce technical debt and enhance the codebase quality.
• Engage in code reviews to elevate engineering standards team-wide.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate fully in Agile rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Keep technical documentation up-to-date to help the team accelerate progress.
• Monitor and adopt platform updates, tools, and innovative AI development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack web development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Ruby and/or .NET languages or demonstrated rapid adaptability to new languages.
• Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services.
• Practical use of AI-enabled coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor within professional workflows.
• Proficient in authoring automated tests at unit, integration, or end-to-end levels.
• Understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design, and QA teams.
• Capability to interpret business needs into maintainable and scalable technical solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges between $110,000 and $140,000 based on experience.
