About the Role
Skyleaf Consultants is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager in Bengaluru to lead organic growth and boost brand visibility for portfolios in Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, and Skincare. This leadership role focuses on managing daily content workflows, influencer collaborations, and analytics for enhanced sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, integrating viral trend opportunities.
- Coordinate influencer marketing by identifying, negotiating, and briefing content creators within budget constraints and monitoring campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Supervise the social media team, oversee content scheduling, facilitate creative brainstorming, and collaborate with Brand and Category stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of professional experience in social media management, content strategy development, and influencer marketing.
- Background in E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury sectors is advantageous.
- Capability to analyze and leverage both paid and organic social media performance metrics effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams and communicating across functions.
Additional Details
Eligible candidates should hold at least a graduate degree. The position is based in Bengaluru and offers an annual salary range of 2,000,000 to 2,500,000 INR.
