About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & PR Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This role involves managing and enhancing a personal brand through strategic content creation and efficient social media management. The position demands a hands-on approach and requires working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content including reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and other engaging materials.
• Professionally edit videos tailored for Instagram and other social media platforms using advanced editing software.
• Oversee and maintain the entire social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Initiate and maintain communication with brands to secure collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate brand communication through emails and manage campaign logistics effectively.
• Develop comprehensive content calendars and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
• Innovate and implement fresh content ideas to increase audience engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, including proficiency in mobile or camera shooting techniques.
• Advanced skills in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram trends and the ability to craft effective content strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in brand outreach and negotiation.
• Highly organized, creative, and capable of working independently with motivation.
• Availability to work in person at our Bhubaneswar location.
