They have already pre-sold 1,000 units to renowned American retailers like Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. As of November 2025, the first robotic manicure machine has been launched at Ulta Beauty in Everett. The growing team consists of over 50 skilled professionals specializing in robotics.

Role Overview

This role offers a unique chance to be part of building a bold, aspirational brand in its early stages, focusing heavily on social media. The ideal candidate will not only manage social channels but will actively shape the brand identity, connect with audiences, and pioneer trendsetting content strategies across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend multiple days per week at 10Beauty headquarters and various locations capturing authentic content, including filming and editing on the spot.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with core brand pillars.
• Analyze audience engagement metrics to guide strategies that enhance success.
• Create scalable content formats that unify and differentiate the brand’s presence across social channels.
• Oversee posting schedules and community interactions on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with senior leadership and marketing teams to align social content calendars with brand priorities.
• Actively support marketing launches, photo shoots, events, and other significant brand moments through proactive content capture.
• Drive organic growth and increase inbound interest by maintaining consistent, clear, and distinctive messaging.
• Assist in producing both paid and organic social media content.

Candidate Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or creator support, ideally within beauty, wellness, fashion, culture, or consumer brand sectors.
• Expertise with TikTok and Instagram, including knowledge of platform-specific formats, trends, and subtleties.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, on-location filming of live people and scenarios.
• Proficient in rapid, clean video editing using tools such as CapCut, native platform editors, Premiere, or equivalents.
• Experience utilizing integrated technology stacks, including artificial intelligence, for creating, managing, and measuring social media content.
• Strong interest in technology, beauty, fashion, or wellness sectors.
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm to authentically represent and promote 10Beauty’s product, company culture, and team.

Compensation and Diversity

Salary ranges between $55,000 and $65,000 USD annually, with final figures determined by individual skills and experience. All full-time employees receive equity and benefits.
