Role Summary
The Social Client Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding client relationships related to social media services, particularly focusing on client retention, growth, and satisfaction. This role contrasts with the Social Solutions Manager by concentrating on strategic account management and direct social media support for a designated set of clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance, daily account management, and strategic insights to maximize clients’ social media campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio to ensure retention, enlargement, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals through regular reviews and strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team to implement growth plans for clients.
- Design, initiate, and oversee social media campaigns that align with client goals.
- Track campaign progress and metrics, adjusting strategies proactively for optimization.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reports including insights and future recommendations.
- Offer expert advice on social media trends, ad formats, and marketing best practices.
- Aid clients in strategic planning to enhance campaign impact and platform utilization.
- Keep abreast of social media platform changes and share new opportunities with clients.
- Respond swiftly to client needs, offering solutions drawing on knowledge of platforms and procedures.
- Work closely with internal departments to guarantee smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Assist senior managers and team projects as required.
- Participate in team knowledge sharing and training initiatives regarding social media and advertising formats.
- Leverage industry trends and past campaign learnings to boost client success and internal processes.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess between two to five years or more of experience in paid social, social campaign management, or performance social roles within media, digital, or performance marketing agencies. Hands-on experience with Meta’s advertising platforms, media buying, optimization, reporting, and providing strategic account support is essential.
