Montaz Medias is seeking a talented and imaginative Short & Long Form Script Writer to join their in-house content team located in Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This role requires a passion for narrative creation and expertise in crafting compelling scripts tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and extensive YouTube videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and captivating scripts suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
- Investigate trending subjects and generate innovative content ideas that resonate with viewers.
- Design persuasive hooks and storylines that optimize audience engagement and retention.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality and brand-aligned content.
- Adjust writing tone and style according to distinct brands and target audience preferences.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- At least one year of professional experience in scriptwriting.
- Proficient writing abilities in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages.
- Deep understanding of social media trends on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Competent in researching, organizing, and presenting ideas innovatively.
- Familiarity with content marketing and digital media is advantageous.
- Experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT is an additional benefit.
