Role Overview
Slim Chickens is a rapidly expanding restaurant brand centered on made-from-scratch food, strong execution, and ambitious growth. The company emphasizes care in preparation and a people-first approach to development, giving team members room to learn, contribute, and build their careers.
In this position, you’ll be trained across several front-of-house and back-of-house functions so you can step into different areas of the restaurant as needed. After training, you’ll be assigned where your strengths and the restaurant’s needs align best.
Areas You May Work In
- Front of House: cashier/runner, drive-thru, and expeditor (expo)
- Back of House: cook, SSW (service side worker), prep, and QB
