Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Specialist for Outbound Sales on a 12-month contract. This role involves engaging Farm Source customers via targeted outbound campaigns to assist in seasonal planning, ensure correct product supply, and foster customer loyalty. Acting as an extension of our retail and field teams, you will turn customer interactions into sales outcomes while personalizing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers during significant seasonal sales campaigns.
• Transform customer requirements into confirmed orders and encourage repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with retail stores and field representatives to broaden customer outreach.
• Deliver tailored, meaningful conversations that suit individual customer needs.
• Spot opportunities to extend outbound sales techniques beyond seasonal campaigns.
• Develop strong partnerships throughout the Farm Source network.
• Contribute to enhancements in campaign management visibility, cohesion, and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is familiar with the Farm Source network and products, confident in customer engagement, and motivated by results. You possess strong sales and relationship-building capabilities, keen attention to detail, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement. A team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to ownership and execution is essential.
