Job Overview
The Service Engineer role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing technical machinery and systems at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Key Duties
- Identify and resolve complex technical malfunctions by dismantling and repairing defective parts.
- Perform scheduled preventive checks and tests to avert breakdowns and prolong equipment life.
- Set up and commission new machinery on-site, verifying compliance with operational and safety requirements.
- Provide training sessions to clients on proper equipment use, routine upkeep, and new technology features.
- Keep detailed service reports, including maintenance activities, repair history, and inventory of replacement parts.
