Service Coordinator

Overview

SkyyRider Electric Private Limited is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Service Coordinator based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This full-time role involves managing service operations including coordinating repairs, addressing customer concerns, scheduling technicians, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties

• Organize and oversee daily service and repair workflows.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with follow-ups.
• Arrange service appointments and allocate tasks to technical staff.
• Maintain detailed service documentation, including job cards and customer records.
• Work closely with technicians to guarantee prompt completion of maintenance tasks.
• Track progress of repairs, parts availability, and warranty claims.
• Provide timely, clear updates to customers regarding their service status.
• Monitor turnaround times and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Compile and present routine service reports and management information summaries.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, and technical departments as necessary.
• Ensure all service and warranty paperwork is accurately managed.
• Address questions regarding electric vehicle servicing, upkeep, and repairs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in customer interaction and troubleshooting.
• Fundamental understanding of automobiles or electric vehicles and related service processes.
• Effective coordination and diligent follow-up capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Skillful handling of multiple service demands simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in automotive or electric vehicle service coordination or after-sales roles is advantageous.
