Senior Visa Counselor

Overview

True Value Overseas seeks an experienced Senior Visa Counselor for its Chandigarh office, specializing in immigration-related services such as Visitor Visas, Work Visas, Permanent Residency, Open Work Permits, and overall immigration consultancy. The role involves client interaction, counseling, lead conversion, and visa application coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on various visa types including Visitor, Tourist, Work Visas, PR, and Open Work Permits.
• Manage walk-in clients, handle telephonic and WhatsApp inquiries, and follow up on online leads.
• Assess client profiles to recommend appropriate immigration pathways.
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and application procedures clearly to clients.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed clients by effective counseling and sales efforts.
• Work closely with the Visa Filing Team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate client data within CRM systems and ensure timely communications.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or related).
• Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Strong persuasive abilities combined with counseling and sales skills.
• Sound knowledge of Visitor, Work, Tourist Visas, PR, and Open Work Permit procedures.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, CRM platforms, email, and documentation tasks.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
