Role Overview
This position involves hands-on talent sourcing with an emphasis on high-volume and specialized recruitment for Clinical Data Abstractors and Nurses. The main responsibilities include identifying candidates directly, conducting targeted searches, creatively approaching prospects, screening, and advancing qualified candidates through the recruitment funnel. Emphasis is placed on data-driven recruiting, utilizing funnel analytics to optimize outreach and focus efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily direct sourcing by engaging passive candidates through multiple channels including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare databases, referral networks, niche job platforms, and online communities.
- Devise innovative sourcing strategies tailored to challenging healthcare roles and establish talent pipelines for Clinical Data Abstractors, Nurses, and related specialized positions that align with current and future demands.
- Initiate candidate contact and perform preliminary screening to evaluate credentials, qualifications, and interest before passing prospects to recruiting teammates.
- Utilize data metrics—such as outreach volume, response and conversion rates, and qualified submissions—to guide sourcing priorities and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp hiring objectives and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in Greenhouse, while continuously exploring new sourcing tools, channels, and AI technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting roles within healthcare environments, particularly with a proven track record in sourcing clinical professionals like Nurses, Clinical Data Abstractors, and Quality Specialists.
- Proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and skilled use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong data acumen, with experience tracking and interpreting sourcing metrics to refine recruitment tactics.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication abilities, capable of engaging busy clinical candidates effectively.
- Highly organized, motivated, and capable of independently managing multiple sourcing projects in a remote work setting.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include experience sourcing remote healthcare professionals, understanding healthcare registries and clinical data abstraction, competency in recruiting for registry abstraction or healthcare quality roles, and knowledge of AI-driven sourcing tools.

Compensation and Contract Details
