Opportunity Overview
This role is distinctly different from traditional KPI-driven recruitment positions, focusing instead on cultivating enduring relationships with both candidates and clients. The position covers permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce solutions, aiming to expand CCL's market share across Saudi Arabia. Candidates with backgrounds in either 180- or 360-recruitment will receive support to evolve into more client-focused consultancy roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with highly qualified engineering and technical professionals.
- Manage recruitment processes from initial screening to final placement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Engage in business development initiatives and attend meetings with clients.
- Advocate for CCL’s recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce solutions offerings.
- Collaborate closely with international delivery teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.
- Develop and cultivate your own market, becoming a trusted recruitment advisor within your specialist domain.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in roles such as Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
- Expertise in recruiting for Engineering, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Technology, or Industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Driven, commercially savvy, and motivated to pursue new business development opportunities.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel obligations across Saudi Arabia.
