Role Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end executive recruitment across phases including calibration, market analysis, candidate shortlisting, and closing, handling complex stakeholder interactions.
• Establish and maintain proactive candidate pipelines to expedite future hiring cycles.
• Enhance candidate slate quality through targeted search and rigorous qualification processes.
• Increase offer acceptance by aligning early with candidates on compensation, motivations, and decision timelines.
• Decrease dependency on external agencies by fostering internal recruitment capabilities.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum five years, preferably seven or more, of experience in technical recruiting with proven success in sourcing and hiring engineering talent.
• Comprehensive experience managing full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding.
• Passionate about gaming and well-versed in gaming culture and technological trends.
• Comfortable and effective in dynamic startup or turnaround environments, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
• Track record of stability with prior roles held for two years or longer, highlighting career advancement and significant contributions.
• Preference for candidates based in Bengaluru or those willing to relocate to the specified office location in Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
