Role Overview
We seek a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to manage operational projects and streamline internal processes by offering insightful, data-driven recommendations. This position ensures effective coordination across departments spanning various business areas and geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of operational projects from start to finish with a focus on optimization
- Facilitate coordination among diverse departments to promote seamless workflows and project execution
- Monitor and report on project deadlines, deliverables, risks, and key operational performance indicators
- Enhance operational procedures, policies, and workflows continuously
- Ensure high operational efficiency and ongoing process refinement
- Generate operational reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review
- Work alongside management in strategic planning and operational execution
- Assist in resource planning and distribution of tasks among teams
- Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Oversee project budgets, operational expenditures, and allocation of resources
- Align operational actions with overall business goals
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining coordination across internal and external groups
- Support crisis response and manage operational escalations when needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, project management, or comparable functions
- In-depth knowledge of operational workflows and project life cycle management
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving aptitude
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Robust analytical and reporting skills
- Possession of PMP certification is advantageous
- Experience operating in regional or multi-country environments is a plus
- Arabic language proficiency is required
