Senior Product Manager - AI Transformation

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-driven functionalities such as conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding processes, smart trading assistants, and automated compliance workflows.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend developers to deliver AI products from inception to launch.
• Assess and integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies—including GPT, Claude, and open-source models—ensuring a balance between innovation velocity and compliance.
• Develop and implement an internal AI enablement guide to promote adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for AI capabilities, such as engagement growth, cost savings, resolution rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS), conducting rigorous A/B testing.
• Manage relationships with vendors providing AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model services.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on the progress, ROI, and strategic direction of AI transformation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focusing on leading AI/ML product initiatives deployed in production environments.
• Proven expertise delivering AI products at scale including chatbots, recommendation engines, natural language processing features, intelligent automation, or AI agents with real-world users.
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, model fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques enabling confident discussions with ML engineers.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom LLM-based agents, including measuring their performance.
• Ability to transform nebulous AI opportunities into detailed product specifications, make informed build-versus-buy decisions, and design phased deployment strategies.
• Deep data acumen, comfortable utilizing SQL, analytics dashboards, and designing experiments.
• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or highly regulated sectors is an advantageous asset.
• Proficiency influencing senior stakeholders across C-suite, engineering, and compliance teams to align on AI adoption strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is required; an advanced degree in AI/ML is beneficial but not mandatory—demonstrated product delivery is prioritized over formal credentials.
