About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing, cross-border team supporting Aon's Human Capital business. Based in Cork, Ireland, this key role reports directly to the Head of Operations and will play a crucial role in transforming operational delivery across Wealth, Health, and Talent divisions.
Team and Responsibilities
The Middle Office team, split between Ireland and Krakow, offers operational, technical, and governance support, consisting of:
- Digitalisation Team: Develops scalable solutions using technologies like Power Apps, dashboards, and AI including Copilot.
- Client Services Team: Provides operational and governance support to consulting groups.
As the leader, you will unify these teams to optimize processes, enhance delivery, and advance efficiency, innovation, and standardization within the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and mentoring of an international, high-achieving operations team.
- Designing and executing the Middle Office strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify and centralize operational activities.
- Driving process standardization, governance improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
