Position Overview
A growing fintech company based in Manhattan is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to support their expanding workforce. This role involves recruiting talent across various functions including sales, technology, customer success, and product development.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid work model requiring 1-2 days onsite with the remainder remote
- Standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation
Annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives within a rapidly growing FinTech environment, developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across departments.
- Partner with executive and departmental leaders to shape hiring plans aligned with the company’s growth strategies.
- Implement AI-driven recruiting technologies and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
- Enhance and refine the talent acquisition process, making significant contributions to the establishment of an industry-leading recruitment function.
- Manage recruitment cycles for engineering, AI, product management, sales, and client-facing roles, ensuring an optimal candidate journey.
- Design innovative sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines of top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when specialized hiring needs arise.
- Oversee offer creation and negotiation by leveraging market data and compensation benchmarks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment objectives are met and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years engaged in progressive full-cycle recruiting, preferably within SaaS, AI, fintech, or enterprise software sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates in highly competitive markets through strategic approaches.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruitment technologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret recruitment metrics and implement enhancements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation talents to attract and secure leading industry professionals.
- Capability to manage multiple hiring projects effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining recruitment quality.
