About the role
The Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Elite team is hiring a seasoned Senior Analyst who is highly motivated, self-directed, detail-focused, and passionate about helping protect organizations from sophisticated attackers. The role combines advanced threat hunting, customer-specific intelligence analysis, and advisory support to help clients act on timely and relevant findings.
After training on the team’s tools, workflows, and methods, you will work alongside other CAO Elite analysts to protect customer networks through tailored threat-hunting and intelligence operations. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to research, improve service delivery, deepen specialized intelligence expertise, and collaborate with other internal teams on projects and investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out advanced threat-hunting operations for assigned customers.
- Deliver actionable intelligence tailored to customer needs and threat environments.
- Prepare and present briefings on threat-hunting results, dark web monitoring, and intelligence findings.
- Respond to customer questions and ad hoc support requests related to intelligence and hunting activities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and act as an advisor.
- Own assigned accounts and help drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research that supports and improves the threat-hunting service.
- Work with internal teams across a range of topics and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience across two or more of the following areas: incident response or security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
- Strong organizational ability and the skill to communicate both high-level and detailed findings to clients and internal teams.
- Experience presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Background in threat hunting or incident response, including investigations into targeted threats such as advanced persistent threats, organized crime, and hacktivists.
- Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, concepts, and data communication methods.
- Availability to travel on short notice up to 5% of the time.
- Proven use of AI tools to improve decision-making, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Must be willing to complete Garda Vetting as a condition of employment.
- Role requires periodic on-site attendance at the client’s Dublin office, typically once per quarter, with additional visits possible based on business needs.
