Job description
Position Summary
ATDG company is seeking a Senior Hotel Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of the hotel, coordinating all departments, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily hotel operations.
- Coordinate key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales, and HR.
- Ensure all departments operate according to the established hotel standards.
- Oversee the quality of customer service at every point of contact.
- Perform daily inspections of cleanliness, maintenance, appearance, and operational readiness of the hotel premises.
- Organize operational meetings with department heads to track tasks, challenges, and objectives.
- Monitor reservations, room occupancy, pricing, revenue, and daily hotel performance.
- Manage operational budget by controlling costs and optimizing expenditures.
- Track key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, revenues, costs, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement corrective measures.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and motivate managerial and operational personnel.
- Maintain discipline, work ethics, and adherence to procedures across all staff members.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for hotel departments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventories, supplies, and operational needs of the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and legal requirements.
- Provide periodic reports to company leadership regarding operational and financial performance of the hotel.
- Identify opportunities for improving service quality, reducing costs, and increasing revenues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar positions is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing staff and building effective teams.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and resolve operational issues in real time.
- Good knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent English language proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
