Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the GTM reporting framework, defining KPIs, business rules, standards, and governance for analytics.
• Convert business questions into detailed reporting specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and process flows.
• Serve as Product Owner for reporting projects, handling backlog, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization.
• Develop and manage scalable Power BI reporting tools underpinned by governed datasets and uniform business logic.
• Architect data models, reporting schemas, KPIs, and visualization frameworks to support leadership decision-making.
• Implement and uphold governance protocols covering leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and customer lifecycle data.
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring quality, resolving discrepancies, and conducting root-cause analysis for logic or system issues.
• Document comprehensively all KPI definitions, reporting needs, data lineage, transformation methodologies, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, Business Systems, and Data Engineering to safeguard reliable data flows.
• Assess and endorse AI-driven tools and automation to improve GTM reporting and operational productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum seven years in Revenue, Sales, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or related GTM roles within SaaS.
• At least five years' expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated Power BI dashboards.
• Advanced skills in SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise-level reporting systems.
• In-depth knowledge of KPI construction, dimensional data modeling, reporting governance, data lineage, and analytics best practices.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes such as demand generation, pipeline oversight, forecasting, customer lifecycle management, retention, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and author detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and mapping specifications.
• Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience managing multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to implement scalable BI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies and platforms like Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot is beneficial.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance considerations is advantageous.
