Role overview

Urjanxt Technology Private Limited is hiring a Senior Energy & Power Quality Engineer in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on electrical energy audits, power quality analysis, and recommending practical improvement measures for industrial and commercial sites.

What you will do

• Perform electrical energy audits at industrial and commercial locations.
• Conduct power quality assessments using power quality and energy analysers.
• Review power factor, harmonics, voltage variations, load patterns, and the overall condition of electrical systems.
• Spot opportunities to reduce energy use and suggest actionable improvements.
• Develop and recommend solutions for reactive power control and power quality enhancement.
• Work with APFC panels, capacitor banks, detuned reactors, harmonic filters, and energy monitoring setups.
• Draft detailed audit reports with technical findings, calculations, and recommendations.
• Explain observations and proposed solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, project, and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and verification of implemented solutions.
• Maintain strong technical client relationships through periodic site visits and ongoing professional support.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 50,000.
