Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to champion the creation of robust data frameworks for innovative Data & AI projects. In this role, you will spearhead the development and refinement of data pipelines and architectures, empowering Data & AI models to provide transformative insights. Contribute to the evolution of digital healthcare through data-driven innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data models using Tabular and/or Databricks tailored to meet company-wide analytical demands, particularly supporting financial forecasting, cost management, and profitability evaluation.
- Develop and administer sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that present operational and financial KPIs, facilitating real-time monitoring of business and financial health.
- Partner with departments such as Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to ensure alignment of analytics output with strategic and financial goals.
- Execute comprehensive analyses of financial and operational data, detect patterns, monitor discrepancies, and provide strategic, actionable insights to leadership.
- Improve organizational decision-making by converting intricate datasets into clear, compelling stories customized for financial stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, with preferred exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A sectors.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Power BI Cloud, including a thorough understanding of financial data modeling and semantic layer improvements.
- Exhibit practical experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, with a proven track record handling extensive financial datasets for analysis and reporting.
