Role Overview
We invite you to support clients in Business Process Solutions, focusing on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, HR Payroll, and Tax domains. Our teams provide expert consulting, both onsite and remotely, covering technical, digital, procedural, and operational topics. Join us as an HR Payroll Senior Consultant to make a real impact ensuring smooth business process operations.
Work Locations
Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of preparing and managing payroll operations independently.
- Engage in diverse tasks including correspondence with social insurance agencies and authorities, and support payroll and social insurance audits.
- Serve as a contact person addressing internal and external inquiries related to payroll, social security, and tax law topics.
- Collaborate with your team on HR reporting and personnel statistics documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed education in tax, finance, accounting, or a vocational qualification as a tax clerk or comparable HR-related training.
- A minimum of two years professional experience in relevant areas.
- Proficient with payroll software, preferably DATEV LODAS, various payroll software solutions, and confident with MS Office applications.
- Demonstrate thoroughness, independence, dedication, flexibility, and an open-minded approach.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel; fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
