Work Schedule and Location

This position starts as fully remote with eventual transition onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role operates on a night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, with a five-day workweek.

Key Duties

Promote consultant profiles to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation rates and manage interview and placement coordination.
Guide junior recruiters and contribute towards overall team success.
Meet designated weekly and monthly placement goals.
For Bench Sales Recruiters specifically, identify appropriate US staffing opportunities and submit candidate profiles accordingly.
Track and maintain records of all submissions, interviews, and placements precisely.
Develop lasting professional relationships with vendors and consultants.

Required Experience and Skills

Between 2 to 5 years of experience with Bench sales or related staffing processes.
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
Highly self-driven with a focus on results.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and internet research techniques.
Availability and readiness to work during US night hours.
