Senior Apple Hardware Technician

About the Role

iGenuity Premium Device Repair Center is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled technician specializing in chip-level repairs for Apple products, including iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. The position is located in Patna, Bihar, India, with additional openings in Ranchi and Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advanced chip-level motherboard repairs for Apple devices.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware faults using specialized repair instruments.
• Conduct replacements and repairs involving ICs, CPUs, NAND, Face ID, charging ICs, backlight, audio ICs, and other components at the motherboard level.
• Perform repairs on water-damaged or non-functional devices.
• Ensure superior repair quality with minimal recurrence of issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repair work and manage timely job completion.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience in Apple chip-level repairs.
• Proficient in repairing logic boards of iPhone, iPad, and MacBook devices.
• Strong expertise in soldering techniques, micro-soldering, circuit tracing, and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with professional tools such as microscopes, hot air stations, DC power supplies, multimeters, and board view softwares.
• Attention to detail along with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Integrity, discipline, and commitment to executing high-quality repairs consistently.
