Role Overview
As a Senior AI Researcher, you will independently spearhead original research projects, guiding them from initial concepts to publication. Collaborating closely with senior AI leaders, engineers, and PhD interns, you will help determine future research paths while contributing to advancements in machine learning and intelligent agent technologies.

- Agentic AI and long-term memory architectures
- Reasoning frameworks and planning systems
- Multimodal machine learning techniques
- Simulation and evaluation methodologies
- Large-scale training and adaptation of models
- Knowledge representation and continual learning strategies
Qualifications and Experience
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Artificial Intelligence, or related domains
- Strong publication history in premier AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, or ECCV
- Proven ability to independently lead research initiatives from idea to implementation and dissemination
- Specialized knowledge in reasoning, memory systems, multimodal learning, foundational models, or large-scale model training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or teams is a plus
- Postdoctoral or equivalent research experience is advantageous
