Role Responsibilities

• Drive SaaS sales by managing the entire sales cycle targeting mid-sized and large German companies, contributing directly to revenue growth.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with senior sales leaders and decision-makers in key firms, positioning VoiceLine’s solution as essential for their teams.
• Maintain an active, hands-on approach focused on direct customer engagement, enthusiasm for achieving results, and personal involvement in business expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in enterprise sales with over 4.5 years of full sales cycle experience and consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
• Proactive in pipeline creation and generating new business opportunities.
• Ability to build genuine, respectful relationships with experienced sales professionals in leadership roles.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both German and English to effectively interact with target customers.
• Motivated, hands-on individual comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment eager to actively contribute to company growth.
