Role Overview

The Senior Account Director will be responsible for managing client partnerships to ensure satisfaction and account growth by delivering outstanding campaigns. This includes overseeing several campaign portfolios, guiding a team, and mentoring Account Directors and Campaign Managers. The position demands effective stakeholder engagement and close cooperation across departments. It is a dynamic role involving frequent travel, especially during peak periods to participate in events. High attention to detail ensures top-quality event execution. Additionally, this role focuses on identifying new business avenues to surpass revenue targets and broaden service offerings, leading pitches and submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge strong partnerships with clients to fully comprehend their business objectives.
• Keep abreast of category-specific trends and competitive landscapes.
• Respond promptly to client briefs with clear and actionable project plans.
• Drive strategic leadership for accounts fostering innovation and market leadership.
• Oversee projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Uphold excellent client service standards to sustain profitable relationships.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate agency and campaign performance.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by managing finances and forecasting strategically.
• Provide financial guidance and mentorship to Campaign Managers, managing budgets and margins.
• Collaborate effectively with senior leaders including the Brand Experience Director and other department heads.
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain a productive and positive working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• At least four years in leadership roles within experiential marketing agencies, particularly working with FMCG, retail, food, or health & beauty sectors.
• Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic alliance development.
• Strong track record in delivering excellent client service and growing business in fast-moving settings.
• Robust financial savvy to oversee budgets and profit and loss statements.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Comprehensive understanding of executing experiential and integrated brand campaigns, encompassing design, production, logistics, and personnel management.
