Security Officer (m/w/d) as Floating Guard

We are seeking a Security Officer (m/w/d) as a flexible Floating Guard with a minimum qualification of the IHK certification in accordance with §34a GewO at the Dresden location. This part-time position requires 80 to 140 hours per month, covering shifts from Monday to Sunday and public holidays, including day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive object protection by preventive actions at various locations with different assigned duties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues.
• Regular patrols including condition checks and locking/unlocking duties both indoors and outdoors.
• Initiate appropriate measures during special incidents such as burglaries, damages, or vandalism.
• Perform reception and front desk tasks.
• Manage gatekeeping services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of at least the IHK certificate as per §34a GewO.
• Proficient German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.
• Willingness and availability for shift work, including weekends.
• High standards for personalized and excellent service.
• Empathy combined with the ability to enforce regulations effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations.
• First aid certification.
• Resident in Germany for at least five years.
• Clean criminal record and no relevant entries in the certificate of conduct.
