Job description
Position Overview
We invite committed and attentive individuals to apply for the role of Security Guard. This position focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment, primarily within the Destination Centre, while providing assistance to guests.
Key Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the Destination Centre and assist guests with any room or security-related needs.
- Provide aid to guests during accidents or emergencies.
- Adhere strictly to LGCA guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License is mandatory.
- Prior security work experience is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in computer use and mathematical skills.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capacity to operate independently.
Scheduling
Applicants must have flexible availability with the willingness to work various shifts according to business needs.
