ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
Le Collectif Huddle is hiring a part-time Scrum Master to work remotely with one or more cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help teams deliver work in an agile way, keep Scrum practices on track, and make sure the process supports steady progress and high-quality outcomes.
What you will do
You will run core agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. A key part of the job is making sure the team understands and applies agile principles consistently.
You will partner with product owners to improve, organize, and prioritize the backlog. You will also help team members turn ideas into clear user stories, remove blockers that slow delivery, and keep the team focused on work that matters.
In addition, you will track team performance through relevant metrics, look for patterns or bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement. The role also includes building a culture of openness, accountability, and transparent communication while coordinating with stakeholders to manage expectations and protect the team’s time and focus.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be comfortable planning and facilitating Sprint Planning and other Scrum events. You should be able to interpret agile metrics and use them to support practical, data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills are important for working with remote and distributed teams as well as external stakeholders. You should have experience helping teams create, refine, and manage user stories and product backlogs.
A solid understanding of software development workflows and agile delivery in technical settings is expected. Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, and remote collaboration platforms will be useful. A Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
You should also be able to work independently, manage a part-time schedule effectively, and support teams across time zones when needed.
Additional information
This is a remote role based in the United States. It is a part-time position. No stipend or salary amount was specified.
