Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated cancer cell biologist to join our Oncology Discovery team. This role involves supporting drug discovery using in vitro cancer biology approaches, particularly focusing on antibody-drug conjugates. You will collaborate with experienced scientists to develop and refine pharmacological, biochemical, and cellular assays that advance multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform in vitro experiments to evaluate novel antibody-drug conjugates.
• Interpret experimental results, present findings to project teams and meetings, and suggest follow-up studies.
• Troubleshoot and enhance experimental methods to align with program objectives.
• Contribute to data packages supporting scientific publications, regulatory filings, and patents.
• Operate independently within a fast-paced, multitasking research environment as part of a diverse group.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move projects from discovery through preclinical development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 2 years in molecular/cellular biology, cancer biology, pharmacology, or related areas involving significant research.
• Strong skills in tissue culture, cellular and biochemical assay development, and molecular biology techniques such as Western blotting/WES, ELISA, proliferation assays, FACS, and lentivirus use.
• Experience in drug discovery, pharmacology, and assay development.
• Proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad, and FlowJo.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of antibody characterization and antibody-drug conjugates methodologies.
• Experience with assays characterizing targeted protein degradation.
• Experience handling genomic and transcriptomic datasets including TCGA, DepMap, and CCLE.
