Job description
Overview
This role involves working as a mobile staff member within the School Nutrition department for Rutherford County Schools in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The position is full-time, based at the Central Office-School Nutrition, and requires adherence to health, physical, and background standards.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Possess at minimum a High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals
- Show readiness to follow directions and instructions carefully
- Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs
- Meet all required health standards, physical fitness criteria, and successfully pass background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is necessary for the role
