Salon Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and customer-oriented Salon Manager to effectively oversee the day-to-day functioning of our salon located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent client experiences, lead the salon team efficiently, meet sales objectives, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily salon operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Inspire and direct salon employees, fostering a motivated work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints tactfully and appropriately.
• Consistently achieve set monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Evaluate staff performance and productivity regularly.
• Organize appointment scheduling and manage customer flow effectively.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and salon service standards.
• Oversee inventory control, manage product stock, and assess replenishment needs.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Manage billing procedures and handle daily cash collection and reporting.
• Compile and prepare daily as well as monthly sales performance reports.
• Market salon offerings, including special packages and membership programs.
• Provide training to staff on customer service protocols and operational procedures.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 10,000 and 30,000 INR.
