Program Overview
This Sales Leadership Program by Aditya Birla Capital is built to create the company’s future sales leaders through a fast-track career path. It is aimed at post-graduate candidates from colleges across India and offers an opportunity to grow a strong career across the sales functions of Aditya Birla Capital’s various business lines. The program hires Sales Trainees for multiple sales and distribution channels within the organisation.

Role Summary
The position is for a Sales Trainee focused on driving financial product sales, meeting assigned sales targets, and supporting customers and partners across the sales process. The role also involves relationship handling, team support, and sales execution in demanding business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of financial products and work toward the targets defined in the goal sheet.
- Use effective marketing approaches to promote and sell financial offerings.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and channel partners while aligning with their needs.
- Assist with manpower planning, support team management, and help teams improve delivery.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate is an MBA or PGDM graduate with a specialisation in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of prior experience.

Compensation
The total annual compensation is INR 9,00,000.
- Year 1 fixed pay: INR 7,00,000 per annum.
- Assured bonus: INR 1,00,000 after completion of 1 year, subject to performance.
- Joining bonus: INR 1,00,000 paid in the first month’s salary; this must be repaid if the employee leaves within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related issues.
- Year 2: compensation shifts to the sales incentives plan of the respective business line.
