Sales Support Specialist - Contractual (6 Months) - Vashi, Mumbai (Onsite)

Overview

V2Solutions, a global software solutions provider based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist for a contractual full-time position based in Vashi, Mumbai. This customer-facing role is focused on supporting sales operations related to software products, including licensing, quotations, and client communications across worldwide markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for software purchases and renewals using Salesforce.
• Manage the issuing, renewing, and extending of software licenses through a licensing application.
• Handle a large volume of customer email communications promptly and professionally.
• Respond to inquiries submitted online through the company’s website.
• Create payment links through the IPG portal to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams across multiple regions including the US, Africa, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with global customers and stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented attitude with genuine empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-focused, sincere, and diligent in managing daily tasks.
• Able to effectively handle high volumes of communication involving multiple time zones.

Preferred but Not Required

• Basic knowledge of the software sales cycle and sales support functions is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time contract for 6 months.
• Location: Vashi, Mumbai, on-site work required.
• Working hours aligned with Indian Standard Time, starting from 9 AM IST.
• Immediate joining preferred, with availability to start within 15 days.
• Eligibility: Any graduate may apply.
• Annual salary range: 500000 to 850000 INR.
